Authors whose manuscripts are published in LexSociety Journal of Law and Social Politics agree to the following conditions: The editorial board holds the publication rights for all materials published on the e-journal platform, with the authors' knowledge and acknowledgment. While the copyright and moral rights remain with the authors, the editorial board retains the right to store, transfer, manage in a database, maintain, and publish the articles under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license.

This license permits the editorial board to use the articles without additional permission from the authors, provided the authors are credited as the copyright owners. Manuscripts published in both print and electronic formats are made openly accessible for educational, research, and library purposes. The editorial board assumes no responsibility for any copyright violations that occur outside these permitted uses.
