Plagiarism
LexSociety: Journal of Law and Social Society upholds the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics. To maintain the quality and originality of articles published in our journal, all submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous plagiarism screening process using Turnitin software. The maximum allowable similarity index is 20%, which includes properly cited references and quotations. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold or found to contain significant unoriginal content will be returned to the authors for revision or rejected outright.
Authors are required to ensure that their submissions represent original work and have not been published or submitted elsewhere. Proper citation of all sources is mandatory to avoid any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, verbatim copying, or paraphrasing without acknowledgment. By submitting a manuscript to LexSociety, authors affirm that their work adheres to these ethical guidelines. The journal reserves the right to take necessary actions, including retraction of published articles, in cases of detected plagiarism. We are committed to fostering an academic environment that values originality, transparency, and the responsible dissemination of knowledge in the fields of law and social studies.
